This procedure allows you to add a descriptive note to the action of assigning or removing points, useful for tracking the reason for the operation within your automation.
Procedure
1. Access the configuration screen of the "Prestashop - Points Assignment" action within your automation or funnel.
2. Locate the section titled Balance.
3. In the field labeled Notes, enter the descriptive text you want to associate with this operation (for example: "Loyalty bonus for purchase X").
4. Make sure you have also configured the Operation (Add or Remove) and the Credit Value.
5. Save the action to apply the note.
