This action allows you to increase or decrease a user's points/credits directly on your Prestashop site, within an automation flow.
Procedure to Add Points/Credits
After adding the Prestashop - Assign points action in your automation flow, fill in the fields in the Balance section.
1. Operation
- Click on the dropdown menu and select Add to increase the user's balance.
- (Select Remove to subtract credits from the balance.)
2. Credit Value
- Enter the exact number of points or credits you want to assign. It must be a positive integer.
3. Notes
- (Optional) Enter a brief note or description to remember the reason for this assignment (for example: "Loyalty bonus" or "Error compensation").
4. Saving
- Confirm the action by clicking on the save button of the automation flow.
