To limit the maximum number of portfolio categories shown in a list, you need to modify the settings of the Portfolio Category List block within the Visual Builder.
Procedure
1. Open the page containing the Portfolio Category List block in the Visual Builder.
2. Click on the category list block to open the settings panel.
3. In the settings panel, scroll down to find the expandable section titled Sort and click on it.
4. In the Limit field, enter the maximum number of categories you want to display.
- Example: If you enter
5, only the first 5 categories will be shown.
5. (Optional) In the Offset field, you can enter a number to skip categories from the start of the list.
- Example: If Limit is
5and Offset is2, 5 categories will be shown, skipping the first 2.
6. Save changes in the settings panel and then save the page. The displayed categories will now be limited to the specified number.
