To define which portfolio categories should be shown in the "Category List" block, you can choose from different display modes.
Procedure
1. Access the Visual Builder and open the settings of the Category List block (or Portfolio - Categories).
2. In the settings window, locate the section and field labeled Categories to show.
3. Select the desired display mode:
1. Parent Categories
Select the Parent Categories option to show only main categories (those without a parent category).
2. All
Select the All option to display every existing portfolio category.
3. Select Manually
Select the Select Manually option to choose specific categories:
- The Select Categories field will appear.
- Click on the field and select from the list the categories you want to display.
4. Child Categories
Select the Child Categories option to display subcategories of one or more parent categories:
- The Select Parent Categories field will appear.
- Click on the field and select the parent categories whose children you want to be shown.
4. After configuring the options, save the changes to the block to apply the new display.
