This guide explains how to access and review the history of points earned or spent by a specific customer.
Procedure
1. Access the customer management module (for example, Clienti).
2. Select the desired customer to open their edit card.
3. Within the customer's card, click on the Punti tab.
4. In the Lista movimenti section, under the subtitle Cronologia punti del cliente, you will find a table summarizing all movements.
5. The table shows the following details for each transaction:
- Tipologia: Indicates whether the movement is an Accredito (points earned) or an Addebito (points spent).
- Valore: The amount of points involved in the transaction.
- Note: The reason or description of the movement.
- Data: The date and time when the operation was recorded.
> Note: The table is sorted by default by Data in descending order (the most recent movements appear first).
