This guide explains how to access and review the detailed history of all points credits and debits associated with a specific customer.
Procedure
1. Access the customer management module (usually called Gestione Clienti or similar).
2. Locate the desired customer in the list and click to open their edit card.
3. Within the customer's card, navigate to the tab named Punti.
4. In the section titled Lista movimenti (subtitled Cronologia punti del cliente), you will find the complete transactions table.
The table shows the following details for each transaction:
| Column | Data Description |

| Tipologia | Indicates whether the operation is an Accredito (points earned) or an Addebito (points spent). |
| Valore | The number of points added or removed. |
| Note | A brief description or reason for the operation. |
| Data | The exact date and time when the operation took place. |
> Note: The table is sorted by Data in descending order by default, showing the most recent transactions first.
