This guide explains how to access the list of badges you have earned or can unlock within your Customer Area.
Procedure
1. Log in to your Customer Area.
2. In the navigation menu, click on the section titled My Points.
3. Scroll down the page until you find the section titled Your Rewards:.
4. In this section, there is a table (id="badges-table") that shows all available badges and your current status:

| (Icon) | The icon associated with the badge. |
| Badge | The name of the reward. |
| Description | A brief description of the badge. |
| Status | Indicates whether the badge has been unlocked. |
5. In the Status column (which might be labeled as "Date" in the table header), you can view the status of each badge:
- Unlocked: You have reached the required points needed to earn the badge.
- Exceeded: Your current points balance is higher than the minimum requirement for the badge but does not yet fall within the specified points range for that badge (or the badge has been exceeded but not yet officially awarded).
- Locked: You have not yet reached the minimum number of points required to unlock the badge.
