(User Client) View unlocked or locked badges (awards)

This guide explains how to access the section of your Customer Area to view the awards (badges) you have unlocked or can still achieve.

Procedure

1. Log in to your Customer Area on the website.

2. In the navigation menu of the Customer Area, click on My Points.

3. Once the page loads, scroll down until you find the section titled Your Awards:.

4. In this section, there is a table listing all available badges. The table includes the following columns:

  • Badge: The name of the award.
  • Description: A brief explanation of how to obtain the badge or what it represents.
  • Status: Indicates whether the badge has been unlocked.

Interpreting Badge Status

In the Status column, you can find three possible labels indicating your progress:

StatusMeaning
UnlockedYou have reached the points required to earn this award.
ExceededYou have surpassed the minimum point threshold required for this badge, but have not yet reached the maximum threshold (if present).
LockedYou have not yet reached the minimum point threshold necessary to unlock this award.
