This guide explains how to convert accumulated loyalty points into a discount to be applied directly to your order during checkout.
Procedure for Applying the Points Discount
To apply a discount using available points, follow these steps:
1. Make sure you are logged into your customer account.
2. Add the desired products to the cart and proceed to the Checkout page.
3. On the Checkout page, locate the cart summary section (where products and total are listed).
4. If you have enough points to receive a discount, you will see a message like:
> "Use [Your points balance] points to get [Discount value] € off."
5. Below this message, click on the button:
> Apply discount
6. The system will immediately recalculate the cart total, applying the discount and deducting the used points from your balance.
7. Complete the order by proceeding with payment.
> Note: If the Apply discount button is not visible, it means you do not have enough points or that the order does not meet the minimum spending requirements for using points.
