(User Customer) View the history of your points transactions

Procedure

1. Log in to your Customer Area (Reserved Area).

2. In the navigation menu of the Customer Area, click on My Points.

3. At the top of the page, under the title Your Points:, you can view your current balance.

4. Scroll down to the table that shows your points transaction history. This table contains the following columns:

  • Type: Indicates whether the transaction is a Guadagno (points earned) or a Spesa (points spent).
  • Value: The amount of points earned or spent.
  • Notes: A brief description or reason for the transaction.
  • Date: The date and time when the transaction occurred.

5. If the history is very long, use the pagination buttons at the bottom of the table to view older transactions.
