Set the points threshold for sending a reminder notification to the customer

Why do it: This setting defines the minimum point threshold a customer must reach to receive an automatic reminder informing them of their accumulated balance.

Procedure

1. Access the Notifications management section in your administration panel.

2. Locate the notification named Customer points reminder and click to access its settings.

3. Look for the section related to specific notification settings.

4. In the field labeled Send upon reaching (points), enter the numerical value (e.g., 100) representing the minimum point threshold.

5. Click the Save or Update button to apply the change.
