Select the type and specify the value of a new points transaction

To manually record a movement (credit or debit) on a customer's points balance.

1. Click the New transaction button. The "Add transaction" window will open.

2. In the Type field, select the type of movement you want to record:

  • Select Points credit to add points to the customer's balance.
  • Select Points debit to remove points from the customer's balance.

3. In the Value field, enter the exact number of points to assign or remove.

  • Note: Always enter a positive value (minimum 0). The type selected in step 2 determines whether the operation is a credit (+) or a debit (-).

4. In the Internal Notes field, you can enter a brief description or a reference note for this transaction (optional).

5. Check the value displayed under New Balance to ensure that the final balance is correct.

6. Click the Add button to save the new transaction. The transactions table will update automatically.
