This tool allows you to restrict the application of a specific discount only to customers who have earned one or more badges defined in the Points system.
Procedure to Restrict the Discount via Badge
1. Make sure you have selected the conditional discount type titled Discount based on earning a badge.
2. Locate the field labeled Limit to customers with the following badges.
3. Click on the field and select one or more badges from the list. Customers who possess at least one of the selected badges will be eligible to receive the discount.
4. In the field labeled Apply a discount of, enter the numerical value of the discount you wish to apply.
5. Use the dropdown menu next to the value to choose the unit of the discount:
- Select % to apply the discount as a percentage.
- Select € to apply the discount as a fixed currency amount.
6. Save the conditional discount rule to make the changes effective.
