This guide explains how to manually record a transaction (credit or debit) of points on a specific customer's balance.
Procedure
1. Access the desired customer's profile.
2. Go to the Points tab.
3. Click the New Operation button. The "Add Operation" modal window will open.
4. In the Type field, select the type of transaction:
- Accredito punti (to add points to the customer).
- Addebito punti (to remove points from the customer).
5. In the Value field, enter the number of points to credit or debit (must be a positive number).
- Note: The system will automatically calculate and display the New Balance in the footer of the window.
6. In the Internal Notes field, enter a brief description of the reason for the transaction (for example: "Manual bonus for complaint").
7. Click the Add button to save the transaction and update the customer's balance.
