Open the form to add a new points transaction (Credit or Debit) for a customer

This procedure allows you to access the form to manually credit or debit points to a specific customer's balance.

Procedure

1. Log in to the management panel and navigate to the desired customer's profile.

2. Within the customer's profile, click on the Points tab.

3. In the "Transaction List" section, click the New Operation button.

The "Add Operation" modal window will open.

Form Fields

In the "Add Operation" form, you can fill out the following fields:

TypeSelect whether the operation is a Credit points (addition) or a Debit points (removal).
ValueEnter the number of points to credit or debit. It must be a positive value (the sign is determined by the selected Type).
Internal NotesAdd a note describing the reason for the operation.

After entering the data, click Add to save the operation.
