Navigating through the points transaction history pages (Customer Area)

This guide shows you how to view your points transactions that are not included on the first page of the history.

Procedure

1. Log in to your Customer Area and navigate to the My Points section.

2. Locate the table titled Your Points:. This table displays your transaction history with the columns Type, Value, Notes, and Date.

3. If you have more than 10 transactions (the default limit per page), scroll to the bottom of the table.

4. Below the table, you will find pagination controls (page numbers or navigation arrows).

5. Click on the desired page number or arrows to view older or more recent transactions.

  • Note: The system loads 10 transactions per page.

6. The table will automatically update showing data related to the selected page.

7. To return to the first page, click on number 1 in the pagination controls.
