Guide: Setting Minimum Point and Spending Limits for Discount Usage
This procedure allows you to define the minimum point balance a customer must have and the minimum spending amount in the cart to apply the discount derived from point redemption.
Procedure
1. Access the settings of the "Customer Points" plugin.
2. Click on the General tab.
3. Scroll down to the box titled Usage.
4. In the conversion subsection, find the field Minimum usable points and enter the minimum number of points the customer must have in their balance to be able to use the discount.
5. In the adjacent field, Minimum spending, enter the minimum amount (in local currency) that the cart must reach for the customer to apply the points discount.
6. Click the save button to apply the changes.
