Filter point movement reports by date and/or customer (Backend Report)

To analyze the history of point movements based on specific periods or selected customers, you can use the filters available in the Report section.

Procedure

1. Access the Report section of the Backend and select the report titled Points.

2. Locate the Filters section. You will find two main fields for searching: Operation Date and Customer.

Filter by Date

1. Click on the field under the label Operation Date.

2. A date range selector will open. Select the desired range (for example, "Last 7 days," "Current month," or a custom range).

3. Once the range is selected, the filter will be applied.

Filter by Customer

1. Click on the field under the label Customer.

2. Start typing the name of the customer you want to view.

3. Select the correct customer from the dropdown menu to apply the filter.

> Note: You can apply both filters simultaneously to narrow down the search to specific movements of a particular customer within a precise time frame.
