Enable or disable point assignment

This guide shows you how to fully enable or disable the points assignment system for your customers.

Procedure

1. Access the Settings section of your system and navigate to the "Customer Points" plugin settings.

2. Select the General tab.

3. Locate the main settings section.

4. To enable the system, check the box next to:

Enable Points Assignment

If the box is checked, all points assignment and conversion rules will be active.

5. To disable the system, make sure the Enable Points Assignment box is unchecked.

Disabling this option will hide and ignore all other assignment settings (such as those related to registration, purchase, or reviews).

6. Click the save button (usually Save or Apply) to confirm the changes.
