This guide explains how to configure the amount and type of discount that will be automatically applied to customers who possess specific loyalty badges.
Procedure
1. In the Limit to customers with the following badges field, select one or more badges from the list. Only customers possessing at least one of the selected badges will receive the discount.
2. In the Apply a discount of field, define the discount amount:
a. Enter the desired numerical value for the discount (e.g., 15).
b. Use the dropdown menu on the right to specify the type of discount:
- Select % to apply a percentage discount (e.g., 15% off the total purchase).
- Select € to apply a fixed currency discount (Euro).
