This guide explains how to set up a discount rule that automatically applies to customers who have earned specific badges through the Points system.
Procedure
1. Access the section for creating or editing conditional discount rules.
2. Select the conditional discount type named Discount based on earning a badge.
3. In the field Limit to customers with the following badges, select from the list the badges that the customer must have to be eligible for the discount. Multiple badges can be selected.
4. In the field Apply a discount of, enter the numerical value of the discount you want to apply.
5. Next to the entered value, select the discount type from the dropdown menu:
- Select % to apply a percentage on the total purchase.
- Select € to apply a fixed amount.
6. Save the discount rule to activate it. The discount will be applied automatically to products that meet any other conditions of the rule (if present) only if the customer has at least one of the selected badges.
