This guide explains how to set up an automatic notification that is sent to customers when they reach a certain points balance.
Procedure
1. Access the Notifications or Automations management section of the platform.
2. Create a new notification (or edit an existing one).
3. Select the notification type called Customer points reminder.
4. In the specific settings section, locate the field: Send upon reaching (points).
5. Enter the numerical value representing the points threshold that the customer must reach to trigger sending the reminder (for example, enter 100 if you want to send the notification when the customer reaches 100 points).
6. Complete configuring the notification content (subject, message body, sending channel, etc.).
7. Save the notification by clicking on the save button (usually Save or Save changes).
