This guide explains how to set up a discount rule that automatically applies to customers who have unlocked specific badges in the Points program.
Procedure
1. When creating or editing a conditional discount rule, select the option Discount based on earning a badge (or a similar option, if available).
2. Locate the section titled Limit to customers with the following badges.
3. Click on the field and select one or more badges from the list. The discount will activate only if the customer has at least one of the selected badges.
4. Locate the section titled Apply a discount of.
5. In the text field, enter the discount value you wish to apply (for example, 15 for a 15 discount).
6. In the dropdown menu next to the value, choose the type of discount:
- Select % to apply a percentage.
- Select € to apply a fixed amount.
7. Complete the configuration of the discount rule and save it.
