This procedure allows you to define how many points your customers must use to obtain a discount in euros (€) on their purchases.
Procedure
1. Access the settings of the "Punti clienti" plugin.
2. Select the Generali tab.
3. Scroll down to the Utilizzo section.
4. In the Utilizzo box, locate the subsection related to the Conversion Rate.
5. In the Tasso di conversione (punti) field, enter the number of points the customer must spend.
6. In the Equivalgono a (€ di spesa) field, enter the monetary value (in euros) that corresponds to the number of points entered in the previous field.
Example: If you set 100 in the (punti) field and 5 in the (€ di spesa) field, 100 points will be equivalent to a €5 discount.
7. Save the changes to apply the new conversion rate.
