Check your points transaction history (Customer Area)

Why do it: To view your current points balance and the detailed history of all earning and spending transactions.

Procedure

1. Log in to your Customer Area (if you haven't already).

2. In the navigation menu, click on the My Points section.

3. At the top of the page, under the title Your Points:, you can see your current points balance.

4. Scroll down to the table showing the transaction history. This table is organized into the following columns:

  • Type: Indicates the nature of the transaction. It can be Earning (points added to your balance) or Spending (points used or deducted from your balance).
  • Value: The exact amount of points involved in the transaction.
  • Notes: The description or reason for the transaction (e.g., "Purchase bonus," "Discount on purchase").
  • Date: The precise date and time when the transaction was recorded.

5. If your history contains many transactions, use the pagination buttons below the table to navigate through pages and view older transactions.

6. (Optional) If available, scroll further down to view the Your Rewards: section, where Badges you have unlocked or can still earn based on your points balance are listed.
