Display the status of recurring gifts (timeline/calendar)

This guide shows you how to view your progression and the unlock status of the periodic gifts assigned to you.

Procedure

1. Log in to your Customer Area.

2. In the navigation menu, click on the section titled Periodic Gifts (the exact title may vary depending on system settings).

3. The page will display two main sections: the Gifts Calendar/Timeline and the Table of gifts already obtained.

1. Interpreting the Gifts Calendar/Timeline

The calendar shows the sequence of available gifts, their status, and unlock/expiration dates.

Initial Registration Status

The first block shows your registration status for the program:

  • If you are not yet registered, click the Start Now button to join the program.
  • If you are already registered, you will see the green label Registered on [date and time].

Periodic Gifts Status

For each subsequent gift in the sequence, you will find a label indicating its status:

Unlocked<span class="ms-label-success">Unlocked</span>Click the Get Now button to claim the gift. If present, you will see the label Expires in followed by a countdown timer.
To Unlock<span class="ms-label-warning">To Unlock</span>The gift is not yet available. You will see the estimated unlock date below the calendar icon.
Expired<span class="ms-label-warning">Expired on [date and time]</span>The period to claim the gift has ended.

2. Viewing the Table of Obtained Gifts

Below the calendar, there is a summary table of all gifts you have already claimed:

If the table is empty, you will see the message: You do not have any discount vouchers yet.
