This procedure allows you to define which shipping method should be automatically used when a customer receives a gift consisting of a physical item.
Procedure
1. Make sure you are editing the settings of a gift whose Tipo di regalo is set to Articolo.
2. Locate the section with item-specific settings.
3. Look for the label Select Shipping Method.
4. Click on the dropdown menu under this label.
5. Select the shipping method that should be applied to the gifted item.
- If the item does not require physical shipping or if you do not want to preset a method, select the option None.
6. Save the gift configuration to apply the selection. (The save button varies depending on the administrative interface).
