Modifying the details of an existing recurring gift
Why do it:
To update the name, description, type, or specific item assigned to an already configured recurring gift.
Procedure:
1. Access the system settings section and select the Recurring Gifts plugin.
2. Within the plugin settings, select the Gifts tab.
3. Scroll down to the Gift List section.
4. Click on the list item corresponding to the recurring gift you want to modify. The edit panel will open.
5. Modify the general details of the gift:
- Update the Title field.
- If necessary, change the Gift Type field.
- Update the Description field.
6. If the selected Gift Type is Item, the Item Preferences section will appear. Modify specific details:
- Update or change the product/service in the Select item to give field.
- Update the Select shipping method field.
7. After completing your changes, click on the page’s main save button to apply the updates.
