This procedure allows you to remove a specific registration of a recurring gift from a customer's profile in the administration panel (backend).
Procedure
1. Access the customer management section in your control panel.
2. Select the customer for whom you want to delete the gift registration.
3. Within the customer's profile, click on the Recurring Gifts tab.
4. A table will be displayed with the recurring gifts registered for that customer, including the fields: ID, Gift, and Registration Date.
5. Locate the row corresponding to the gift you want to delete.
6. Click on the deletion icon (usually represented by a trash can) present on the gift's row.
7. Confirm the deletion action when prompted by the system.
Once confirmed, the recurring gift registration will be removed from the customer's profile.
