Guide: Access your account to view or claim gifts
Why do it:
To view your gift calendar, check the status of obtained gifts, and claim available ones, you need to log in to the Customer Area.
Procedure
1. Navigate to the section of the website dedicated to Periodic Gifts or the Customer Area.
2. If you have not logged in yet, the system will display a prompt message. Click on the Log in to your account button.
3. You will be redirected to the login page. Enter your credentials (username or email and password).
4. Once logged in, you will be taken back to the Periodic Gifts section, where you can:
- View gifts already obtained (marked with a green label including the date of acquisition).
- If your first gift is available, click Start now to register it.
- If a subsequent gift is unlocked, click Get now to claim it.
