Guide: Protecting a page by setting an access password (Backend)
To restrict access to specific content, you can set a password that users must enter before viewing the page.
Procedure
1. Log in to the administration panel and go to the section for managing pages or the module containing the item you want to protect.
2. Open the specific page or item you wish to lock.
3. Within the page settings, look for and click on the tab titled Protezione password (identified by the lock icon ).
4. Locate the field labeled Password accesso.
5. In this field, type the password you want to use to protect the page. The field has the placeholder: Inserisci una password per bloccare l'accesso.
6. After entering the password, click on the save button (usually Salva, Aggiorna, or Applica) to apply the protection.
> Note: Once saved, the page will only be accessible after entering the correct password. If the password is removed from this field, the page will become public again.
