To select an available courier for a specific order and proceed with creating the shipment, follow these steps.
Select a Courier and Create the Shipment
Why do it:
This procedure allows you to choose one of the available couriers for the order based on the package size and the sender's and recipient's addresses, and to generate the shipment within the Packlink system.
Procedure:
1. Access the order details for which you want to create the shipment.
2. Go to the Packlink tab.
3. If the shipment has not yet been created, you will see the selection section.
- Note: If it is not possible to quote the shipment, you will see a warning: "Non è possibile quantificare la spedizione, ricontrolla i dati inseriti."
4. Under the label Select courier, open the dropdown menu.
5. Select the desired courier. Each option shows the courier's name and the total price.
6. After selecting the courier, click on the Create shipment button.
7. Wait for the system to process the request. If creation is successful, you will receive the message "Spedizione generata correttamente."
> Important: If no courier is selected, the system will show the error "Selezionare un courier per la spedizione.
