Guide: How to Change Product Dimensions (Length, Width, Height)
Why do it:
These dimensions are necessary for the automatic calculation of shipping quotes through the Packlink integration.
Procedure
1. Access the product management section and open the product whose dimensions you want to change.
2. In the product edit screen, locate and click on the side tab titled Dimensions.
3. Enter the correct measurements in the following fields (all measurements must be expressed in centimeters cm):
- Enter the measurement in the Length field.
- Enter the measurement in the Width field.
- Enter the measurement in the Height field.
4. After entering all dimensions, save the product to apply the changes. (The save button is usually located at the top or bottom of the product edit screen.)
