This procedure allows you to cancel a Packlink shipment that has been created but not yet completed.
Procedure
1. Access the sales (order) detail page for which you want to cancel the shipment.
2. Click on the Packlink tab in the sidebar or at the top of the order details.
3. Make sure the shipment is in the pending completion status (where the Complete shipment and Delete shipment buttons are visible).
4. Click on the Delete shipment button.
5. The system will process the request. Upon completion, you will receive a success notification: "Shipment canceled successfully."
> Note: If the cancellation fails, you will receive an error message: "An error occurred during cancellation." In this case, the shipment may no longer be cancellable through the system.
