To disconnect your account from a music platform (such as Spotify or Apple Music), follow these steps.
Procedure
1. Log in to your User Area or the profile section where links to music platforms are listed.
2. Locate the connection button related to the platform you want to disconnect (for example, Spotify or Apple Music).
3. Click on the platform's button.
4. The system will disconnect your account and remove access permissions.
5. You will receive a confirmation message stating: Disconnection completed.
6. You will be redirected to the previous page or your User Area.
> Note: If you previously used the button for a "Presave" action, the system will not disconnect until you have completed or canceled the ongoing presave action. Under normal conditions, a second click on the connection button initiates the disconnection.
