How to view a customer's favorite tracks

To view the songs and albums that a customer has saved as favorites through connected streaming platforms (such as Spotify or Apple Music), follow these steps.

Procedure

1. Access the customer management section (usually called Clienti or Gestione Clienti).

2. Click on the name of the customer whose music preferences you want to view.

3. Within the customer's profile, click on the Informazioni musicali tab (icon: <i class="fas fa-music"></i>).

4. Scroll down to the Tracce preferite section.

In this section, you can view the list of saved tracks, with the following information:

  • Track
  • Artist
  • Album
  • Date added

Immediately below, in the Album preferiti section, you can view the albums saved by the customer.

> Note: If the customer has not saved any tracks or albums, the message "Nessuna traccia preferita" or "Nessun album preferito" will be displayed.
