Guide: Select a Specific Card to View Details and Rewards
Why do it:
This procedure allows you to view the updated points balance, expiration date, and the complete list of available rewards associated with a specific Activity Card.
Procedure
1. Access the section dedicated to your Cards in the Customer Area (usually called "Card Management" or "Your Cards").
2. If you have multiple active cards, you will see a list of blocks, each representing a card.
3. Locate the card for which you want to view details and rewards.
4. Within the card summary block, click on the Manage card and rewards button.
5. You will be redirected to the detail page, where you can check:
- The expiration date and remaining days of the card.
- The Current Points accumulated.
- The Available gifts section, which shows the rewards and points needed to unlock them.
