Why do it: To obtain a digital copy of your loyalty card in PDF format, useful for printing or offline viewing.
Procedure
1. Log in to your Customer Area (Dashboard).
2. Navigate to the section dedicated to your active cards (usually called Your Cards or Card Management).
3. Locate the card you want to download.
4. Under the card details, click the Download Card button.
> Note: If you are viewing the details of a single card, the Download Card button is located below the information related to Expiration Date, Remaining Days, and Current Points. The PDF file will open in a new browser window.
