Contact the company to redeem a reward or for information (Customer Area)

Why do it

To request the redemption of an unlocked reward or to obtain more information about the card and the points accumulated.


Procedure

1. Log in to your Customer Area (User Dashboard).

2. In the navigation menu, select the section dedicated to cards (it may be labeled as "Card" or "Card Management").

3. If you have more than one card, in the Your cards section, find the desired card and click on the Manage card and rewards button.

4. On the card detail page (Your card), you can contact the company in two ways:

  • For general information about the card:
  • In the main information box, click on the Contact the company button.
  • To redeem a specific reward:
  • Scroll down to the Available gifts section.
  • Find the gift you want to redeem. If you have accumulated enough points, you will see the status Reward unlocked.
  • Under the unlocked gift, click on the Contact the company button.

5. You will be redirected to the company's contact page, where you can proceed with your request to redeem the reward or ask for information.
