Configure automatic point assignment rules (Backend)

This guide explains how to set the ratio between the customer's spending and the points automatically assigned when they make a purchase. These settings are defined for each vendor managing their own cards.

Procedure

1. Log in to the administration panel (Backend) and go to the Customers management section.

2. Select the vendor profile (the business) for which you want to configure the rules.

3. Within the vendor's profile, click on the tab titled Card multivenditore.

4. Make sure the assignment option is active by checking the box next to Abilita distribuzione card.

5. In the section titled Distribuzione punti, configure the following rules:

  • In the field under the label Assegna (punti), enter the number of points to be assigned.
  • In the field under the label Per ogni (di spesa), enter the amount of spending required to earn the specified points above.

(Example: If you enter 10 points and €10 of spending, the customer will earn 10 points for every €10 spent).

6. Save the changes made to the vendor's profile.

The automatic assignment rules are now active. When the vendor records a sales transaction through their reserved area, points will be calculated based on this ratio.
