Assign the owner (seller) of the card (Backend)

This guide explains how to assign an owner (seller or business) to a specific Card, allowing that user to manage points and operations related to the Card from their control panel.

Assigning the Card Owner (Backend)

Why do it: Assigning an owner is essential so that a seller or business can independently manage transactions, point assignments, and the list of affiliated customers for that specific Card.

Procedure

1. Access the system's administration panel (Backend).

2. Navigate to the Card or Piani Card management section (the exact location may vary depending on your CMS configuration).

3. Click on the Card you want to configure or create a new one.

4. Once inside the Card configuration, look for and click on the tab named Multivendor.

5. At the top section, locate the field labeled Proprietario card.

6. Click on the field and start typing the name or code of the customer (who will be the seller/business) to whom you want to assign ownership of the Card.

  • The system will automatically search among registered users.

7. Select the desired customer from the dropdown list.

8. Make sure to save changes to the Card (usually via a Save or Update button at the bottom or top of the page).

Once saved, the user selected as "Proprietario card" will have access to Card management features (such as adding operations and points) within their Reserved Area (Frontend).
