This guide explains how to configure point rewards that customers can unlock using the multivendor card.
Procedure
1. Log in to the Backend and navigate to the Card Plans management section.
2. Open the specific Card for which you want to configure the rewards.
3. Within the Card settings, click on the Multivendor tab (identified by the globe icon <i class="fa fa-globe"></i>).
4. Scroll down to the section titled Premi a punti.
This section contains a field managed through the MultiRow Builder system, which allows listing the rewards.
Adding a new reward
1. Click on the Aggiungi riga button (or similar, depending on system configuration) under the Premi a punti section.
2. A new configuration row will open. Fill in the following fields:
- Enter the name of the reward in the Nome regalo field.
- Enter the number of points required to unlock the reward in the Punti richiesti field.
- Add a detailed description of the reward in the Descrizione field.
3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 to add additional rewards.
Editing an existing reward
1. In the Premi a punti section, locate the row corresponding to the reward you want to edit.
2. Directly modify values in the Nome regalo, Punti richiesti, or Descrizione fields.
Deleting a reward
1. In the Premi a punti section, locate the row corresponding to the reward you want to delete.
2. Click on the trash icon (Delete) next to that reward's row.
Saving
1. After adding, editing, or deleting rewards, scroll down to the bottom of the page.
2. Click on the main save button (usually Salva modifiche or Aggiorna) to apply your changes.
