Description: This tool allows businesses to create and manage their own points-based loyalty program by associating a digital loyalty card with their customers and managing transactions and rewards directly from their reserved area.
What is it for? (Practical examples)
Use it to turn your business into a points collection point for your customers, encouraging repeat purchases and rewarding loyalty.
- Quick sales registration: Record the value of a sale to automatically assign points to the customer based on the rule you defined (e.g., 1 point for every €10 spent).
- Flexible points management: Manually assign or remove points to correct balances or reward customers at your discretion.
- Creation of a rewards catalog: Define a list of gifts unlockable upon reaching specific points thresholds, making the benefit of loyalty tangible.
Main features
1. Transaction management (Seller Area)
The seller management panel (accessible from your Reserved Area) offers two main tools to interact with customers registered to your card:
- Add operation:
- Allows you to quickly search for a registered customer (by code, name, or email).
- Enables entering the "Sale value." The system will automatically calculate and assign points based on the conversion rules you set.
- Requires entering a note for the transaction (mandatory).
- Assign/Remove points:
- Allows assigning or subtracting a specific number of points from a customer's balance.
- Useful for corrections, special bonuses, or recording the use of a reward.
- Requires entering a note for the operation (mandatory).
2. Monitoring and reporting
The management panel includes dedicated sections for monitoring:
- Transaction list: Displays the complete history of all recorded points operations (earnings and spendings), with details on customer, value, date, and notes entered.
- Registered customers list: Shows all customers who have activated your card, including their contact details and current points balance.
- Activity card: Provides a sharing link that you can distribute to customers for signing up to your loyalty card.
3. Customer reserved area
Your customers will have access to a dedicated section in their Reserved Area to:
- View their digital card (with QR code for quick identification).
- Check the current points balance and card expiration date.
- Download the card in PDF format.
- View the rewards catalog you defined, with an indication of points needed to unlock each gift.
How to configure
The Card Multivendor system configuration is divided into two phases: defining the Card (Administration) and defining the earning rules (User/Seller Management).
1. Card Plan configuration (Administration)
This configuration applies to the specific card plan you are using:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Card owner | Select the business or customer who will manage this card and receive the points (the "Seller"). |
| Points rewards | Use the builder to define the rewards catalog. For each reward, specify: Gift name, Points required, and a detailed Description. |
2. Points Distribution configuration (User/Seller Management)
This configuration is found in the Seller management section (the "Card owner" selected above):
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Enable card distribution | Enable or disable the loyalty program for this specific seller. |
| Assign [Points] | Enter the number of points to assign. |
| For every [Spending value] | Enter the currency value (e.g., €) the customer must spend to earn the points defined above. |
Automatic integrations
Automatic reward notifications
The system constantly monitors the customer's points balance. When a customer reaches the threshold needed to unlock a reward, they will automatically receive an email notification.
QR code for quick management
The digital card generated for the customer includes a QR code. When this code is scanned by the seller, it directs straight to the customer's management page in the Reserved Area, facilitating point assignment or balance verification.
Key differences
This tool is specifically designed for a model where a business (the seller) manages and distributes a loyalty card to its customers, using the integrated points system to track earnings and rewards. It differs from more generic affiliation systems because it ties point assignment directly to the value of sales recorded by the seller.
