Modify multiple prices on product variations (via the quick/inline editor)

This guide explains how to quickly assign the multiple prices defined for your products by acting directly on individual variations through the quick editor.

1. Initial Setup of Multiple Prices

Before you can assign a multiple price to a variation, you need to define the price type and its conditions in the plugin settings.

1. Access the "Multiple Prices" plugin settings.

2. Click the Add template button.

3. In the field labeled Who is this price for?, enter the name that will identify this price (e.g., "Prezzo Rivenditori").

4. In the Price type field, choose whether the price should Show as discount or Replace price.

5. In the field Under what circumstances do you want this price to apply?, define the conditions that must be met for this price to be applied to the user.

6. Save the settings.

2. Editing Prices on Product Variations

Once multiple prices are defined, they will appear as editable fields directly in the product variations list.

1. Go to the edit page of the desired product.

2. Navigate to the section or tab dedicated to Variations.

3. For each variation, you will find one or more additional columns with the names of the prices you defined (e.g., "Prezzo Rivenditori").

4. If the price has not yet been set, you will see either the price name or the -- symbol. Click on the price name or --.

5. A quick edit pop-up titled Edit followed by the price name will appear.

6. Enter the new numeric value for that specific variation's price.

7. Click outside the field or press Enter to save the change.

The new price will be immediately applied to the variation and visible to users who meet the conditions set in the multiple price configuration.
