3D Model Viewer

File upload, Interactive controls, Auto rotation, Augmented Reality (AR), Size management

Description: This tool allows you to insert and display interactive three-dimensional models directly within pages created with the Visual Builder.

What is it for? (Practical examples)

Using the 3D Model Viewer enhances user experience and content presentation.

  • Product Presentation: Allows customers to rotate and zoom a product (e.g., furniture, jewelry) before purchase, offering a full 360-degree view.
  • Project Visualization: Displays architectural models, industrial prototypes, or scientific representations in an interactive and engaging way.
  • Augmented Reality: Enables users with compatible devices to virtually place the 3D object in their real environment (for example, see how a sofa would look in their living room).

Main Features

The "3D Model" block offers complete control over how the object is displayed on the page.

  • Model Upload: Allows uploading standard 3D model files (.glb or .gltf format) directly into the media library.
  • Interactive Controls: The end user can interact with the model, rotate it, zoom in, or move it within the viewing window.
  • Automatic Rotation: It is possible to set the model to rotate automatically when the page loads, immediately capturing the visitor's attention.
  • Augmented Reality (AR) Support: If enabled, a button appears on compatible mobile devices allowing switching to Augmented Reality mode.
  • Appearance Management: You can define the minimum height of the viewer on the page using fixed units (pixels) or percentages.
