Meta tags are used to insert additional information in the head of the website, useful for search engines and social media sharing.
Procedure
Follow these steps to modify or add meta tags to your site:
1. Access the settings section of your website and navigate to the tab dedicated to Meta tags.
2. The page shows a list of currently configured meta tags. Each meta tag consists of two fields: Name and Content.
3. To edit an existing tag, locate the desired row and modify the text within the Content field.
- The Name field defines the type of meta tag (e.g.,
description,keywords). - The Content field contains the actual value of the tag (e.g., the description of the site).
4. To add a new meta tag, click on the Aggiungi tag button.
5. Fill in the Name and Content fields for the new tag you just added.
6. To delete a tag, click on the Elimina tag button next to the row you want to remove.
7. Once you have completed your changes, click on the save button (usually located at the bottom of the page) to apply the new settings to your website.
