This guide is intended for users who are setting up an automatic action (for example, within an automation or marketing system) to change the status of a customer's membership plan.

Guide: Select a Membership Plan to Assign or Remove

This procedure allows you to define which membership plan should be assigned or removed from a user following the activation of this action.

1. Locate the Membership section.

2. In the field labeled Operation, select the desired action:

  • Choose Add to assign the membership plan to the user.
  • Choose Remove to revoke an existing membership plan from the user.

3. In the Select Membership field, choose the specific plan you want to assign or remove.

4. If you selected Add in step 2, you must specify the duration of the plan. In the Membership Duration field, choose one of the following options:

  • Default: The duration will be as set in the original membership plan settings.
  • Unlimited: The plan will have no expiration date.
  • Custom: Define a specific duration:
  • In the Expires after field, enter the numeric value of the duration (e.g., 1, 5, 30).
  • In the adjacent field, select the appropriate time unit among Days, Weeks, Months, or Years.
  • Set: Define a fixed expiration date and time:
  • In the Expiration Date field, enter the exact date and time when the plan should end (format DD/MM/YYYY HH:MM).

> Note: If you selected Remove in step 2, options related to Membership Duration will not be visible, since the action is immediate.
