This guide shows you how to stop the automatic renewal of an active subscription. The subscription will remain active until its Data scadenza.
Note: This procedure applies only to subscriptions that have the status Rinnovo: Automatico.
Step-by-Step Procedure
1. Log in to the User Area
Navigate to the section of your profile or dashboard where your active services and subscriptions are listed.
2. Find Your Active Subscriptions
Look for the section titled I tuoi abbonamenti attivi.
3. Locate the Plan to Modify
Scroll through the list and find the subscription for which you want to disable renewal. Check the plan details:
- Verify the Data scadenza.
- Verify the Rinnovo status. If it is set to Automatico, you can proceed.
4. Disable Renewal
Under the plan details, click on the link:
Disabilita rinnovo automatico
Once completed, your subscription status will change from Automatico to Non automatico. The subscription will expire on the indicated Data scadenza.
