choose to remove a membership from a user (automatically)

This guide explains how to configure an action within an automation flow to remove access to a specific membership from a user.

Follow these steps to set up the removal action:

1. Access the Action Configuration

In your automation flow, click on the action related to Membership to open its settings.

2. Set the Operation

In the Membership section, locate the field labeled Operation.

  • Click on the dropdown menu and select the Remove option.

3. Select the Membership to Remove

Just below, in the Select Membership field:

  • Click on the dropdown menu and choose the specific membership plan you want to remove from the user.

> Note: When the operation is set to Remove, options related to Membership Duration are automatically hidden, as removal is an immediate action and does not require a future expiration.

4. Save the Action

Save the changes to the action to complete the configuration. When the automation reaches this step, the user will immediately lose access to the selected membership plan.
