This guide explains how to set the duration of a membership when configuring an action (for example, within a marketing automation).
The membership duration is managed through the Durata membership field, which offers four main options.
Step-by-Step Procedure
1. Access the action configuration: On the action edit screen (for example, "Edit membership"), locate the Membership section.
2. Find the Durata membership field. Click on the dropdown menu to view the available options:

Depending on the selected option, you will need to provide additional information:
1. Predefinita
Select Predefinita if you want the membership to use the duration set in the original plan configurations.
- Required action: None. The duration will be the standard plan duration.
2. Illimitata
Select Illimitata to assign a membership that never expires.
- Required action: None.
3. Personalizzata
Select Personalizzata to define a specific expiration based on a number of days, weeks, months, or years.
- Required action:
a. The Scade dopo fields will appear.
b. In the first text field, enter the numeric value (e.g., 1, 30, 6).
c. In the dropdown menu next to it, select the time unit:

4. Imposta
Select Imposta to specify an exact expiration date and time.
- Required action:
a. The Data scadenza field will appear.
b. Click on the field and use the selector to specify the exact date and time when the membership should expire (required format: gg/mm/aaaa hh:mm).
